3. CLEAN SLStore and SLCache:
delete files in these folders:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache"

4. DISABLE any adobe services - make sure you do this, it's an important part of my solution
AAM \ ADM services = adobe app\download manager
Mostly this little guy who pops after offline registration: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\P6\AAM Registration Notifier.exe. You can rename its extension to ***.BAK.
And: search your processes for anything with adobe in path. (task manager...)

5. CLEAN & REPLACE or Copy SSC from package
in both x86 and x64 common\adobe = c:\program files***\common\adobe\ssc


6. REPLACE "reset files" from package
to P6 folder (search or look prev posts)
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\P6"

7. RUN En and ACTIVATE
Run Encore (optional about 8 times) each time using a different serial (prev posts). Activate offline/"trouble with internet" by copying and pasting request code to response code.
Updated note: It should repeatetly ask you for new serials as if you didn't activate.


8. REPLACE "normal activation" from package
to P6 folder. Upon running encore no further code or activation should appear and the app should start.

9. REPORT HERE AND THANK/POST IF IT WORKS FOR YOU,

Encore, Pr with full presets, Media Encoder with MPEG2.
