des ist für faule, die diese schritte auslassen können:
1) Download the files you'll need (listed above)
2) Extract the archives
3) Install the alterIWnet client (1.337) as it's described on the DL-site!
NOTE: If you have a legit copy of the game, or you don't want to edit the Windows file,
skip steps 4 and 5 and just download: http:bit.ly/b2kfEl
You need to run it and start MW2 with it, every time you want to play.
It will do steps 4 and 5 for you and also will remove the changes after you've finished playing.
4) Run the editor as administrator and go to X:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Now open the hosts file and paste in:
127.0.0.1 blob1.pc.iw4.iwnet.infinityward.com
5) Save
