Hab nun das ausprobiert:
For Mac users, locate the file in your user library by going to
Library/Application Support/Dragon Age II/config
Right click to open the file with Text Edit and after the line [AppDefaults\\DragonAge2.exe\\transgaming]
copy and paste the following:
"cmdlineadd" = "-enabledeveloperconsole"
To the end of ~/Library/Application Support/Dragon Age II/config
Aber entweder ist da ein Fehler drin *gg* Oder ich hab es schlecht übersetzt

Hab eben diese config Datei geöffnet und ganz unten "cmdlineadd" = "-enabledeveloperconsole" engefügt
Trotz allem keine Funktion, auch beim drücken von ~*
