Ich (persönlich) finde, dass Dev C++ eine schreckliche IDE ist. Schau dir mal Netbeans oder Code::Blocks an.
Mein Favorit ist Netbeans, weil das Gesamtpaket einfach stimmt und tolle Features mitbringt.
