So i got tired of waiting and have decided to update to OFW v3.30.

Why do you ask? Here are the reasons below:

1. Sony has relaeased another update (3.30) so even if Geo releases his 3.21 CFW its now useless.
2. He has spent 25 days trying to sort this out and people will have to wait again EVERY time Sony release new OFW.
3. The CFW will be rushed and not thoroughly tested and the possibilities of bricking your PS3 may be high or problems will arise while running CFW, then who are you going to blame and turn to? If it breaks your PS3 you cant get Sony to repair it because you have installed CFW. If it bricks do you think Geohot is going to refund your money???
4. There is NO reason why Sony are not monitoring this site and Geohot's actions (CFW) so when it is finally released they will find a way to detect and possibly disable access to the Playstation Network as they have the Proxy method. There is also no reason why they cannot do the same as Microsoft and ban those users PERMANAENTLY from accessing the PSN who have CFW. Microsoft did it, so can Sony.
5. During these past 25 days you think Sony will not be working even harder to protect themselves and PS users from CFW? They are probably working on and implementing new security techniques so yet again stalling the development of CFW.
6. There is no reason why "Other OS" will not return once they have patched the security flaws. Upon contacting Sony people are being told that it may be re-enabled in the future (and yes it could be an excuse). Its like a product re-call they have basically taken it away so they can analyse and repair the flaws and problems. Companies do it all the time with products that may become faulty (cars, toys, hardware). So there is hope yet that it may return.
7. Geohot has NOT once commented on his progress, AS BAD AS SONY on the Blog.Playstation.

Dont get me wrong I dont think it is fair that we have to lose "Other OS" nor that our questions aren't answered but yet again we are waiting and nothing is reported from either parties.

So am i willing to wait another 25 days till something is reported? nope.
