kp ob ich dein problem richtig verstehe, aber hast du mal versucht, dir nen neues profil zu erstellen?
ich weiss noch, das ich mal xbox live nicht bazhlt hatte und mich dadurch mit dem live profil weder offline, noch online einloggen konnte.
