dup2patcher.dll gefährlich?

Hi,

ich habe jetzt schon 2 mal beim Installieren von Downloads die Datei dup2patcher.dll angemeckert bekommen.
Ist sie gefährlich oder ein Tool zum Cracken der Original-Datei.
