OKI C3530 MFP Bildtrommel-Reset
 

Hallo Gemeinde,
Ich habe hier an meiner Arbeitsstelle ein Problem:
Ich habe die Bildtrommel am besagten Drucker gewechselt und nun sagt er mir trotzdem, dass diese Bildtrommel am Ende des Lebenszyklus ist. :/
Ich habe im Internet nur gefunden, dass man den Trommelzähler zurücksetzen kann.
Aber keine dieser Anleitungen hat funktioniert.
Beispiel: "Turn off the printer
Turn the printer on whilst holding down Menu button. (Display says user maintenance.)
Press the menu button three times. (The display will say drum counter reset.)
Press enter key. The system should go back on line, if not press on-line key."

Es handelt sich um eine orginale und neue OKI Trommel!

ich denke mal du musst den drucker reseten

Turn off the Okidata C3530 printer by pressing the "On/Off" button located on the rear of the printer, in the same area where the power cable is plugged.

Wait 15 seconds after you have turned off the printer.

Turn the printer back on and press the "Reset" button located on the back of your printer near the "Network Interface Panel." The printer will reset as it re-initializes.
