Im Prinzip war´s schon richtig was du gemacht hast.
Die Daten in der Adresszeile sind aber nicht richtig gewesen auf AccuWeather, wahrscheinlich kam er mit dem "ö" nicht klar.

So müsste die Location Zeile aussehen dann passt es.

Mach mal folgendes:
1. öffne deine ini
2. lösche den kompletten Inhalt
3. kopiere das was ich dir in den Spoiler gepackt habe in deine ini
4. speichern
5. rechtsklick auf den Skin >Skin Menü>Refresh Skin

habs bei mir grad getestet, funkt einwandfrei.. nur die Schrift "Göttingen" sieht etwas komisch aus wg. dem "ö" halt. ansonsten passts

Zentrieren? Anpassen -> Hintergrund und dann eben Zentrieren, Strecken oder Kacheln.

Wie größer? Du kannst es ja Zentrieren etc.!
Mein DeskTop (mit freundlicher Unterstützung von L Ryuuzaki & p1ne):

Wäre toll wenn mir einer verbesserungen per PN schreiben könnte oder Tools die zu empfehlen sind um den Desk zu verschönern.

AveDesk Problem!:
Also wenn ich bei AveDesk einen Pfad wähle, die Einstellung übernehme und AveDesk neustarte oder den PC, funktioniert's nicht, es wird nich der Musik Ordner geöffnet sondern der Computer (Arbeitsplatz), ich habe es schon tausendmal versucht, auch mit nem anderen Pfad, und wenn ich hinterher in den EInstellung guge steht der Pfad von dem Ordner der eigentlich geöffnet werden sollte da?!.
Was nun?

PS.: Nochwas, ich habe drei verschiedene Wetter Gadgets ausprivert, bei keinem funktionierts, ich kann nichteinmal die Stadt auswählen, bei AveDesk gehts auch nicht, haben ich und p1ne schon Probiert, hat einer ne Idee?

PS.: Alle anderen Windows Gagdets funktionieren Top.
