Is it dangerous to download in Germany?
 

Hi all,

I'm new to Germany and I want to get an internet connection at home.

So would like to know how safe is it to download mostly movies and music while in Germany.

Is the torrenting strictly monitored? Anyway advice about encrypting it?

What about the links of this group from uploaded.to, mega.nz, and alikes?

If I need to use utorrent download music, should I go to a free wifi connection like at McDonalds?

Any experiences are appreciated.

Never torrent. Use One Click Hosters or watch streamed movies. IMHO
