this is normal bevahiour for rs free user, thats how they limit speed can be checked with every speedmeter tool and happens with other downloader (firefox, iexplore) too. boardsearch will show you the same

JD-Dev & Server-Admin sagt, dass diese Schwankungen das normale Verhalten von JDownloader für RS Free User ist. RS reguliert den Speed von Free Usern und dann gehts hoch und runter.
