IPad 3 APP Problem

Hallo ich habe hier noch ein IPad 3 mit der letzten Firmware drauf die es dafür gab.
Nun würde ich gerne eine bestimmte App (Pioneer Smart Sycn) darauf installieren. Seit dem letzten Update zeigt mir die App an das sie IOS 10.3 braucht.

Ich habe schon einiges ausprobiert leider ohne Erfolg gibt es die Möglichkeit die App irgendwie auf das Ipad zu bekommen?
