Ich muss ein Englischen Text in Deutsch wiedergeben, also die wichtigsten Aussagen zusammenfassen. Es ist eine Mediation, wer nicht weißt was Mediation ist. Kurze erklärung : Es ist das Übertragen von Inhalten von einer Sprache in eine andere. Mediation ist keine Übersetzung!

Games make drivers go faster?

A new survey shows that the behaviour of young drivers is affected by computer games.
A thousand drivers under 24 were questioned on behalf of UK driving school BSM.

More than a third of young drivers are more likely to go faster on the roads after playing on-screen driving games, the results of the survey suggest. Furthermore 27 percent of motorists admitted taking more risks on the road after a gaming session. A quarter of drivers even said that they imagined they were in a driving simulation game while they driving for real.

BSM´s road safety consultant Robin Cummins said the result showed an ‘indisputable’ link between gaming and dangerous driving.

However, many of the drivers themselves thought that computer games had a positive effect on their driving. Thirty-four per cent thought that computer games could improve real-life driving ability. Two in five thought that the games helped them to react faster to situations on the road.

In fact, there may be a slight positive effect, the survey revealed that just never half of frequent game-players pass their driving test first time, compared with 45% of those who only play games infrequently.

Nevertheless, Mr Cummins said: More than 200 young Britons arc killed each year due to speeding alone, so it’s crucial that they learn to ‘keep it real’ on the road.’

The survey’s findings have been rejected by the US games designer David Perry. The multi millionaire, who is currently designing a driving computer game, said that behaviour was affected by how drivers felt while behind the wheel, not by what they were doing before they got in the car.

Anything that affects your emotions will affect how you drive the car in front the music on the stereo…. Those are the things that make you speed up not a game you played an hour ago.


Mediation auf Deutsch:

Laut einer neuen Studie wird das Fahrverhalten junger Fahrer durch das Virtuelles Spielen beeinflusst. Mehr als ein Drittel der Befragten, fahren schnell, wenn Sie davor gespielten haben. Außerdem geben 27% der Autofahrer zu, dass sie dadurch mehr Risiko eingehen.
Jedoch sind 34% der Meinung, dass Sie durch Computer spielen ihre Autofähigkeiten verbessert konnten.

Trotz allem ist der Berater von BSM, der Ansicht nach das 200 junge Britische Fahrer jedes Jahr durch riskantes Fahrverhalten ihr Leben verlieren und es sei unbestreitbar, dass das
spielen gefährlich sei für den Autofahrer.

David Perry der Amerikanische Spiele Designer widerspricht der Umfrage und ist der Meinung, dass das Fahrverhalten nicht dadurch beeinflusst wird was der Fahrer davor gemacht hat, sondern wie er während der Fahrt auf Kleinigkeiten reagiert.
