Sicherlich viel zu spät aber es scheint zu funktionieren Arma3 legitim mit nicht legitimen APEX dlc zu spielen (auch MP)
Step-by-Step dazu:
Exited Steam.
Deleted packageinfo.vdf in the appcache folder of Steam.
Added "395180" "5041501892811153820" to the MountedDepots section of the app manifest for Arma 3 (appmanifest_107410.acf).
[Not sure if this is needed] Ran the arma3.exe file, which started Steam and the Arma 3 Launcher. Clicked "Play" and exited once at the Main Menu.
The packageinfo.vdf was regenerated when Arma forced Steam to open. Exited Steam again.
Used version 2 of the AppID_patch.exe program found here to patch all DLCs except Karts (I own it) and Zeus.
Made the packageinfo.vdf and appmanifest_107410.acf files read-only.
Started up Steam.
Ran the Arma 3 Launcher and clicked "Play". It loaded to the main menu fine once again.
And that was it. It finally worked properly. I could see and join APEX servers as well as connect to my own dedicated server without an authentication error anymore. Thanks for the help!
