Apple iPad air ohne Cellular

Hallo,

ich habe ein Apple iPad air ohne Cellular (keine Möglichkeit eine Mobilfunk-SIM-Karte anzuschließen).
Meine Frage: Gibt es trotzdem die Möglichkeit über ein externes Gerät eine solche Karte anzuschließen um auch unterwegs Internet zu haben? Kann jemand helfen?

WiFi Hotspot mit dem Smartphone oder separaten mobilen WiFi Hotspot (mit eigener SIM Karte) holen.
