Hallo , ich bin neu hier.

Ich habe zwei Probleme, die jedoch die selben sind.

Ich bekomme in der Ereignisanzeige angezeigt bzw. Komponentendienste - Administrator Ereignis
bei meinem Zweitrechner und bei meinen Laptop die Fehlermeldung

WHEA-.Logger ID 18
Prozessorkern:1

manchmal auch WHEA Logger ID19

Laut Google ist das ein Hardware Fehler.

Beide Geräte wurden nie übertaktet.

Gibt's es eine Möglichkeit, es irgendwie aus der Welt zu schaffen, hat einer eine Idee?
(Außer Hardware irgendwie neu kaufen)

Für einen Tipp wäre ich dankbar.

Beide exakt gleich, außer Datum und Uhrzeit. Das ist das merkwürdige dabei.

3) Die Seite hab ich schon gefunden. Kann jedoch nichts mit anfangen , wüsste nicht wo dort Informationen stecken könnten.

Erst einmal danke.

Bei beiden wurde eine Neuinstallation gemacht, Es wurden alle Windows Updates installiert.
Es gibt auch unter Windows Update keinen Fehler.
Letzte Update war Montag Abend (7.10.)
Hab gerade erneut geschaut, es gibt auch keine neue Updates

Datum der Installation, Laptop war 21.09.2013 und PC am 6.10.2013. Beide frisch

Gute Frage ist das.

Beim PC definitiv davor, weil ich den zweimal neuinstalliert hatte, und direkt nach der 2.Installation geschaut habe, kam sofort die ersten paar Einträge mit Whea Logger ID 18 (2x) und ID 19 (1x)
Davor lief er ordnungsgemäß. (Der Grund zur Neuinstallation war hier, Trojaner befall)

Beim Schlapptop kann ich es nicht genau sagen.
Mir fiel nur auf, das der einmal schnell lief und dann wieder langsam, das war allerdings vor der Neuinstallation.
Daraufhin machte ich die Neuinstallation,, hautsächlich. Aber konkret die Frage, kann ich nicht beantworten.

Ich weiß auch nicht, mit dem Laptop, ob das mit der Festplatte zu tun hat. Schnell und langsam.
Ich habe zwar die Festplatte mit Seagate Tool gecheckt, hatte alle Prüfungen bestanden.

Einzig bleibt jetzt noch der CPU bzw. Mainboard, nach meiner Meinung.
Ich bin zwar nicht unerfahren, wollte trotzdem Nachfragen, was man machen kann.
