Ich wäre sehr dankbar, wenn mir jemand diesen text ins englische übersetzen kann, wäre sehr sehr nett von euch. Vielen dank schon mal im vorraus

Es war wirklich schade, dass Du abreisen musstest, wie war denn deine Rückreise? Ich habe nachdem Du weg warst noch einiges unternommen, Kino, Schwimmen, usw.
Ich schicke Dir ein paar Fotos als Anhang mit der email, wäre schön, wenn Du mir auch Welche von dir schicken würdest.
Antworte mit bitte möglichst schnell.

It was really sad, that you had to leave. How was your return journey? I have done many things like cinema, swimming and so on after you left.

with the mail heißt mit der post (falls das grammatikalisch überhaupt richtig ist, keine ahnung). da muss man schon email schreiben. ansonsten würde der rest so grob gehen, auch wenn da halt noch paar kleine fehler drin sind. sollte luca aber trd verstehen

Cell phone oder cellular is Amerikanisches Englisch

In UK ist mobile phone gebräuchlich.

Ich geh mal von aus, es handelt sich bei dem zu übersetzenden Text um eine Mail, oder?
In dem Fall würde ich folgende Änderungen vornehmen:

Hello Luca,
How are you? I just wanted to tell you, that I've found your mobile phone in my bag yesterday.
If it's Ok for you i'll send it by post but maybe you have another idea.
It was really sad, that you had to leave. How was your return journey? I have done many things like cinema, swimming and so on after you left.
I'll send you some pictures attached to this email. It would be nice, if you could send me some of you aswell.
