habe mal ne Frage.

habe bei Ebay etwas verkauft das per paypal "bezahlt" wurde.das ist nun schon über eine Woche her und nichts tut sich, kein Geld eingang und mir eine unbekannte email.

So etwas habe ich von PayPal noch nie bekommen und da dies nun über eine Woche her ist und kein Geld ankommt, mach ich mir nun so meine Sorgen.

Hatt so etwas schonmal einer von Euch, oder weiss ob das so normal/ok ist ??

Kenne ich so zwar auch nicht, aber das o.g. heißt auf gut deutsch, dass das Konto des Käufers schon belastet wurde! Dir ist es noch nicht gutgeschrieben worden, weil Paypal vorher von Dir einen Versandnachweis ("shipping reference") haben möchte...

Was Du jetzt machen sollst? Keine Ahnung, aber ich weiß jetzt jedenfalls, dass ich hochpreisige Artikel nicht mehr zum Versand ins Ausland anbieten werde! Dabei war Paypal dafür ja eigentlich optimal...

Klingt für mich auch sehr nach einem Betrugsversuch. Von welcher Absenderadresse wurde die Email verschickt?

(Ironie) Der Betrugsversuch ist allein schon deshalb offensichtlich, weil Paypal bei einer verwirrenden Neuerung niemals eine derart ausführliche Erklärung mitschicken würde.(/Ironie)

Ja mir is die Sache ja auch sehr komisch, deshalb frage ich ja nach.
Versendet habe ich den Artikel noch nicht.
haber hab das Paket soweit fertig und auch den versandnachweis habe ich mal so weiter gegeben.

Aber auch das ist schon genausolange her.Also 1 Woche ohne irgendetwas.der Käufer reagiert auch auf keine mail.hab schon bestimmt 4-5 Stück geschrieben.

Wie kannst Du einen Versandnachweis haben, obwohl Du das Paket noch nicht versandt hast?

Vorausgesetzt, die Email ist echt, will Paypal einen Nachweis dafür, dass das Paket auf dem Weg zum Käufer ist, bevor Sie Dir das Geld gutschreiben!

bekomme doch eine sendungsnummer.
Diese habe ich weiter gegeben und darauf hin kam ne mail mit dem Hinweis das nun das Geld auf dem weg zu mir wäre

Was verstehtst du unter 'Sendungsnummer' ?
Paypal will die TRACKING Nummer haben, also die Nummer mit der der Lieferstatus festgestellt werden kann.
Die Tracking Nummer bekommst du erst wenn das Paket am Schalter abgegeben wurde.

Um sicherzugehen das die Mail tatsächlich von Paypal stammt solltest du in deinem Paypal Account nachsehen.

Du bekommst die Sendungsnummer doch erst beim Versand? Oder hast du die Sendungsnummer von einem Online-Paketschein?

Nochmal meine Frage: Von welcher Emailadresse kam die Mail?

Holle meine Scheine immer von dort.

Ist billiger als in der Filialle :-)

warum überhaupt Versand isn Ausland, in Deutschland kriegste doch auch alles los, gibt genügend, die wirklcih jedne Schrott kaufen ^^

ich hatte auch mal einen phishing versuch mit einer gefakten mail von paypal.

es kam eine mail , und ich sollte mich über einen link auf meinem konto einloggen.
verhindert, daß ich darauf reingefallen bin hat das nur der ie8 und auch firefox ... die haben beide den link nicht akzeptiert und mit dem hinweis auf eine phishingseite blokiert.

logg dich doch einfach direkt bei paypal auf deinem konto ein, dort siehst du doch alle transaktionen.
geld ein und abgänge.

aber nimm nie einen link !!! immer die direkte www adresse !!!

Die Sache ist halt das von der ganzen Sache in meinem paypal Acc nicht zusehen ist!

ruf doch mal beim paypal kundenservice an, die werden dir schon sagen können ob das alles so rechtens ist

warum anrufen? schreib einfach eine mail ist günstiger! Bei der hotline wartest du dumm und dämlich

Poste doch mal den Nachrichten Quelltext.
Falls du thunderbird benutzt z.b. findest du unter Ansicht->Nachrichten Quelltext.
Dort sieht man woher die Mail wirklich kommt.

Mache deine Email aber vorher am besten unkenntlich.

also ich kann meinen Vorrednern nur zustimmen...^^

Anstatt hier in einem Forum danach zu fragen, wo die Leute mit gefährlichem Halbwissen um sich werfen könnten solltest du dich einfach mal direkt an den Paypal-Kundenservice wenden und fragen, ob soetwas denn üblich ist.

Oder du fragst einfach mal bei Ebay nach. Die werden dir das auch sagen können.
