Auf jeden Fall einen Gutachter mit einbeziehen, der jeden Bauabschnitt begutachtet. Sonst hat man nachher nur Ärger am Hals, falls es Probleme gibt. Und die wird es geben.

Die 1000-2000 EUR sind gut investiert.
