Hallo,

habe nächste Woche auf der Uni Englisch Prüfung und werde jeden Tag zusätzlich 3 kurze Texte schreiben, wie es auch bei der Prüfung gefragt ist. Habe sie ohne Angabe gepostet ich bitte sie auf grammatikalische Richtigkeit zu überprüfen.

Mein Englisch ist leider nicht das beste und hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen. Bin schon einmal bei der Prüfung geflogen (Durchfallquote aber 85%). Hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

On the one hand, I fully support to introduce a flexi-time scheme in our company. My advice is to introduce core hours from 9 o’clock to 13 o’clock and a flexi time band from 7 o’clock o 17 o’clock
First, it is easier for people with children to manage their life. Second the motivation of our staff is increasing, because there is less pressure.
From the management point of view the productivity maybe raises because our employees are more satisfied with their work. But there are also other advantages: they may not stay at home, because they are ill, they won’t come too late to work, and maybe we are able to reduce our labor turnover rate.
On the other hand it would be not a good idea to introduce tele-working, because face to face communication is very important for group work. They have to talk to each other to achieve the best productivity.

As regards the pricing policies to be adopted is market penetration pricing which allows us to compete with other firms and hopefully increases our sales. Furthermore we introduce our new Tablet with a premium price strategy to attract our premium customers.
